Elvargf™ and elvargf.com are operated by Foshan Huiyue Network Technology Co., Ltd.. In these Terms, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the operating company. “You” refers to any visitor, customer, or account holder.

By accessing the website or submitting an order, you accept the terms applicable to your use or purchase. If you disagree, please discontinue use.

Eligibility

Customers making purchases must have legal capacity under applicable law or the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where appropriate. The website may not be used for unlawful purposes.

Customer Accounts

If account features are offered, you are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict activity when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security incidents, or material misuse.

Product Descriptions & Specifications

Elvargf™ sells jewelry storage boxes. Product pages may describe the dimensions, materials, compartment layout, lining, closures, colors, and included components where relevant. Features differ by item, and purchasers should check product-specific details.

Photos may display jewelry, accessories, or décor that are not included in the product purchase unless expressly specified. Minor variations in color or texture may occur owing to lighting, displays, or normal manufacturing tolerances.

Order Submission & Acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. Automated acknowledgments confirm receipt of the order but may not necessarily constitute final acceptance. Subject to applicable law, an order may be canceled for inventory errors, fraud concerns, inability to deliver, or material product or pricing inaccuracies.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, an eligible full refund will be arranged to the original payment method.

Prices, Taxes & Payment

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Before payment, the checkout will present the total amount payable, including shipping charges and taxes collected at checkout where applicable. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

You must be authorized to use the submitted payment method. Financial institutions may apply their own charges.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 7 business days after payment confirmation and required verification. Estimated U.S. carrier transit is 10–15 business days after dispatch for supported destinations. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly promised as such.

If a promised shipment deadline cannot be met, we will provide notices and remedies required by applicable law. See the Shipping Policy.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. A return must follow the steps in the Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days after the applicable approval and inspection requirements are met; payment providers may take longer to post them.

The merchant’s registered business address is not automatically the return warehouse address.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Contact service@elvargf.com promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from its description. Provide order details and relevant photographs or video. We will offer an appropriate remedy consistent with this policy and applicable law.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Please request changes or cancellation promptly. We will attempt to accommodate requests before fulfillment begins; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch begins. No fee is charged for a successfully canceled order before fulfillment.

Promotions & Availability

Sales, coupon codes, and offers may have eligibility conditions, expiration times, inventory restrictions, and exclusions displayed alongside the offer. We may correct evident price or description errors while honoring non-waivable customer rights.

Customer Reviews & Submitted Content

When reviews or customer uploads are available, you may submit lawful content that you have the right to share. You remain responsible for your submissions. You grant us a non-exclusive permission to use content voluntarily published to the store for operating and displaying the website, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We do not prohibit or penalize honest reviews; unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing material may be moderated where permitted.

Intellectual Property

Website designs, original product descriptions, photographs, brand elements, and other materials are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holders. Unauthorized commercial copying, reuse, or redistribution may violate applicable law. Third-party rights remain with their owners.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in unauthorized access, fraud, malware distribution, disruption of service, unlawful data collection, infringement, or other harmful or illegal activity on the website.

Third-Party Services

The storefront may rely on Shopify and independent payment, shipping, fulfillment, advertising, analytics, and support providers. Third-party websites and services may apply their own policies and terms.

Warranty & Limitations

We aim to provide accurate information and a functional shopping experience, but website access may sometimes be interrupted and product presentation may contain errors that require correction. Nothing in these Terms excludes implied warranties, statutory remedies, or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for remote or indirect losses outside our reasonable control. This clause does not limit liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms when the store or applicable requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page. Changes will not retroactively remove rights that customers have already acquired under applicable law.

Applicable Law & Customer Rights

Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections govern any dispute. We do not require customers to waive legal rights that cannot be waived. Please contact customer care to seek an informal resolution first.
