Tell us what arrived.

Please contact us promptly if a jewelry storage box arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from its description.

• Order number and a description of the concern
• Clear photos or video of the item and any affected compartments, lining, hinges, closures, or surfaces
• Photo of the shipping label and outer packaging
• Photos showing all parts or accessories received

Keep the item and protective packaging while we review the request. We will explain the appropriate next steps in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.

Do not ship returns to the registered address automatically.
